Libreta de embarco . Todo integrante del personal de mar una vez inscrito en el Registro Nacional de Personal de la Navegación, debe tener una "Libreta de Embarco", sin la cual no podrá embarcarse ni ejercer función alguna en los buques y artefactos navales de matrícula nacional. La reglamentación establecerá la forma en que se expedirá el mencionado documento.
