Respecto de las Escuelas primarias cuyos exámenes anuales del presente año se hayan verificado ya al entrar en vigencia el presente Decreto, la designación del alumno ó alumna que pueda tener derecho á concurrir á la opción de beca, podrá hacerse en el día que señale al efecto el Alcalde del Municipio. Comuníquese y publíquese.
