Artículo primero . Autorizar al Ministerio de Agricultura para que, por conducto del Almacenista-Contador de la Zona Agropecuaria del Cauca, entregue en calidad de cesión definitiva el Departamento del Cauca, Secretaría de Agricultura, semovientes por valor de $35.992.63, existentes en la Granja de La Florida, y que figuran en los inventarios del Almacén de dicha Zona.
