Incompatibilidades Especiales. Además de las prohibiciones establecidas en otras normas, los expertos no podrán poseer porcentaje alguno del capital de una empresa que preste el servicio público de transporte en cualquiera de sus modos, ni ser directores, administradores o empleados de una empresa que preste el servicio público de transporte en cualquiera de sus modos. Las anteriores incompatibilidades se aplicarán durante el ejercicio del cargo y hasta un año después del retiro del servicio por cualquier causa.
