Objeto. El presente capítulo tiene por objeto establecer el responsable del reconocimiento, las condiciones de acceso, el procedimiento operativo y la fuente de recursos de la prestación humanitaria periódica para las víctimas del conflicto armado prevista en el artículo 46 de la Ley 418 de 1997.
