De conformidad con el Decreto número 3900 de 2008, la bonificación de actividad judicial de que trata el presente decreto solo constituirá factor para efectos de determinar el ingreso base de cotización del Sistema General de Pensiones y, de acuerdo con la Ley 797 de 2003, para cotización al Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud; en consecuencia, no se tendrá en cuenta para determinar elementos salariales ni prestaciones sociales.
