Notificada la sentencia de segunda instancia, la oficina de Registro Nacional de Abogados anotará la sanción impuesta. Esta comenzará a regir a partir de la fecha del registro.

Para tal efecto, la Secretaría Judicial de la Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura, luego de la referida notificación hará entrega inmediata de copia de la sentencia a la oficina de registro.
