Art. 8.° En el próximo año se admitirá en dicho establecimiento hasta el número de 14 jóvenes, para completar el de 30 alumnos internos pensionados por el Tesoro nacional, i 30 tambien internos pensionados por sus familias, tutores, curadores, o acudientes; i hasta 40 esternos cuyo número podrá completarse con los jóvenes de la clase preparatoria.
