Artículo noveno. Las peticiones de inscripción o registro se harán por el interesado o interesados en papel sellado, y contendrán necesariamente todos los datos de que tratan los artículos 74 a 79 de la Ley 86 de 1946, según modelo que el Registrador dará a conocer de los interesados, y se depositarán los ejemplares de que tratan los artículos 75 y siguientes de la Ley 86.
