º Para obtener un nuevo certificado de matrícula, el helicóptero deberá encontrarse afiliado, mediante contrato, a una empresa de transporte público aéreo o de trabajos aéreos especiales, cuyos términos hayan sido previamente aprobados por el Departamento Administrativo de Aeronáutica Civil.
