Se aplicará esta sanción cuando la falta no conlleve la comisión de delito o violación grave de la ética profesional.

El monto de las multas que imponga la Junta Central de Contadores, será proporcional a la gravedad de las faltas cometidas. Dichas multas se decretarán en favor del Tesoro Nacional.
