Requisitos. La inspección se decretará por auto que exprese c on claridad los puntos materia de la diligencia, el lugar, la fecha y la hora. Cuando fuere necesario, el Juez designará peritos en la misma resolución, o en el momento de realizarla. Sin embargo, el Juez, de oficio o a petición de parte, podrá ampliar en el momento de la diligen cia, los puntos que han de ser objeto de la inspección. La que practique el Fiscal General o sus agentes, no requiere de auto que la ordene.
