: Las alteraciones que las leyes hagan en las monedas nacionales no afectaran las obligaciones a favor de los bancos ni las contraídas por estos antes de la expedición de las leyes que hagan dichas alteraciones. Dichas obligaciones se cumplirán dando en pago una cantidad en metálico igual en peso y ley prometida. La disposición que contiene el presente articulo se insertara en el Contrato respectivo para la fundación del banco o sección hipotecaria.
