El Departamento Nacional de Higiene deberá emprender inmediatamente el cuidado y tratamiento de todos los soldados que hayan enfermado en la campaña Sur. Para este efecto de la sanidad, el soldado enfermo seguirá considerándose como individuo de la tropa.
