Cuando la Jefatura del Servicio Religioso Castrense preste el servicio funerario al personal de que trata el artículo anterior, las partidas correspondientes para gastos de entierro que fijen las disposiciones legales vigentes, serán pagadas por el Departamento de Control y Ejecución del Presupuesto del Ministerio de Guerra, según la cuenta que presente la Dirección mencionada. CAPITULO 3º Pruebas de capacitación para ascenso Para ascender al grado de Teniente o su equivalente en la Armada, se requiere, además de las condiciones establecidas en la Ley 126 de 1959, adelantar y aprobar un Curso de Capacitación, con una duración mínima de doce (12) semanas, que tendrá modalidades específicas dentro de cada Fuerza.
