Los Institutos Politécnicos de Sucre y Cundinamarca podrán contratar la ejecución de programas conjuntos y recibir asesoría técnica y científica de los organismos e instituciones que desarrollan actividades relacionadas con sus fines. Para tal efecto el Gobierno Nacional dispondrá lo conducente a fin de que las entidades y organismos oficiales brinden la cooperación técnica y científica a que se refiere este artículo.

Ley 39 de 1975 · por la cual se crean el Instituto Politécnico de Sucre y el Instituto Politécnico de Cundinamarca con sede en Choachí, se establece su naturaleza jurídica, y su función educativa, se determina su organización académica, administrativa y fiscal y se dictan otras disposiciones.
