Art. 31. Los Jefes de estas deberán presentar al fin de cada año, al representante pontificio, o en su ausencia al metropolitano más inmediato, un informe sobre la marcha de la respectiva misión, y una cuenta detallada de la inversión dada a las sumas de dinero que se reciban del Gobierno. Tales informes y cuenta deberán ser sometidas inmediatamente al conocimiento de la Santa Sede y del Gobierno de la República.
