Licencia no remunerada . Los docentes y directivos docentes estatales tienen derecho a licencia no remunerada hasta por tres (3) meses por cada año calendario, en forma continua o discontinua, según lo solicite el interesado. Esta licencia no es revocable ni prorrogable por quien la concede, pero es renunciable por el beneficiario. El nominador la concederá teniendo en cuenta las necesidades del servicio. Durante el término de la licencia no se podrá desempeñar otro cargo público retribuido, y el tiempo de servicio no se contabiliza para ningún efecto.
