º Cada establecimiento será responsable de la calidad de su servicio educativo, comprometiendo recursos intelectuales, humanos y físicos que garanticen la calidad. La evaluación de ésta, en primera instancia, estará a cargo de la comunidad educativa conformada por directivos, docentes, alumnos y padres de familia, y en segunda instancia por las autoridades gubernamentales correspondientes.
