Art. 19. Establécese un nuevo Juzgado de Circuito, con residencia en el Distrito de Magangué (Departamento de Bolívar), que conocerá de lo civil y de lo criminal y con jurisdicción en todos los Distritos que componían la antigua provincia del mismo nombre.

Dicho Juzgado será desempeñado por un Juez que nombrará el Tribunal respectivo, tan luego como sea promulgada la presente ley, y tendrá además, para su servicio un Secretario, un Escribiente y un Portero-escribiente.
