OMISION EN DAR AVISO OPORTUNO DE UN ACCIDENTE DE TRABAJO. El patrono, el contratista independiente, el intermediario, así como la empresa que tenga a su servicio trabajadores suministrados por otra empresa de Servicios Temporales, que estando obligado a dar aviso oportuno al ISS de un accidente de trabajo y no lo reportare en el término señalado en el Reglamento de Registro, Inscripción, Afiliación y Adscripción, será sancionado con una multa diaria sucesiva equivalente a un cinco por ciento (5%) del salario mensual de base del trabajador accidentado, por cada día de retardo en la presentación del aviso correspondiente, sin exceder de trescientos mil pesos ($ 300.000).
