Artículo primero. De conformidad con lo dispuesto por el Decreto legislativo número 105 de 1957, autorízase adicionar la emisión de que trata el Decreto legislativo número 10 de 1957 hasta en US $ 15.000.000.00, mediante pagares, con destino al arreglo de la Deuda Externa de Colombia a favor de firmas estadinenses.
