No obstante lo dispuesto en los artículos anteriores, cuando la diferencia entre el costo de la solución de vivienda y el monto de los aportes de los beneficiarios sea inferior a la cuantía del subsidio correspondiente, el monto del subsidio será igual al 100% de la diferencia.
