Será nulo, de nulidad absoluta, el seguro de responsabilidad profesional cuando la profesión y su ejercicio no gocen de la tutela del Estado o cuando, al momento de celebrarse el contrato, el asegurado no sea legalmente hábil para ejercer la profesión.
