Desde el 1º de abril de 1916 quedará restablecida la Sección de Pensiones en el Ministerio el Tesoro, así: Como Jefe de la nueva Sección quedará el actual Habilitado del ramo, con la misma fianza que tiene prestada. Como Contador, quien ejerce hoy tal cargo, y como Portero Escribiente, el que actualmente desempeña esas funciones en la Sección 2ª del precitado Ministerio, todos con las asignaciones que le señale el Presupuesto vigente.
