Autorízase al Gobernador del Departamento del Valle del Cauca y a los Alcaldes Municipales respectivos para que, según el caso, determinen los actos y operaciones para los cuales se exigirá el uso obligatorio de la citada estampilla "Pro-Universidad del Valle, además de aquellos ya señalados por el Decreto 552 de 1966, emanado de la Gobernación del Departamento.
