Manual Operativo del Sistema Nacional de Bienestar Familiar. En un término máximo de tres (3) meses contados a partir de la entrada en vigencia del presente Decreto, el Comité Ejecutivo del Sistema Nacional de Bienestar Familiar adoptará y publicará el manual operativo del Sistema Nacional de Bienestar Familiar cuyo fin es organizar las condiciones y mecanismos de interacción entre los agentes y las instancias de coordinación y articulación del sistema
