Los títulos mineros que se encuentren en la etapa de exploración o construcción y montaje se clasificarán en pequeña, mediana y gran minería con base en el número de hectáreas otorgadas en el respectivo título minero, acorde con la tabla siguiente: CLASIFICACIÓN N° HECTÁREAS Pequeña Menor o igual a 150 Mediana Mayor a 150 pero menor o igual a 5.000 Grande Mayor a 5.000 pero menor o igual a 10.000
