ARTICULO 16 . Créanse en las unidades judiciales, los cargos de Auxiliar Administrativo grado 05 y 04 en igual número a los suprimidos en las Direcciones Seccionales de Instrucción Criminal. Los cargos que se crean en este artículo y los auxiliares administrativos grado III-5, corresponden a las funciones adscritas a transcriptores, ayudantes de almacén, escribientes, notificadores; chofer, ayudantes de oficina, distribuidos en los diferentes grupos de la oficina o unidad judicial y en especial el grupo de notificadores. Sin embargo cuando la ubicación de uno o varios juzgados sea distante de la sede de la respectiva oficina o unidad judicial, el jefe de ésta podrá asignar uno o varios notificadores al juzgado o grupo de juzgados que lo requieran.
