El Ministerio de Guerra pasará a la Corte de Cuentas una relación nominal pormenorizada de los documentos que se hubieren presentado para el reconocimiento y pago de los ceses militares expedidos por las autoridades militares competentes de fuera de la capital de la República, de acuerdo con los Decretos ejecutivos números 850, de 20 de octubre de 1904, y 975 de 24 de agosto de 1905.
