La descripción del objeto de las solicitudes de patente de privilegio, de que trata el artículo 12 de la Ley 31 de 1925, deberá entregarse por duplicado y consistirá en una exposición en castellano, en la cual se indique en forma clara, completa y sin reservas aquello que aspira al privilegio. A la descripción deben acompañarse los dibujos, planos, fórmulas y fotografías que sean necesarios para la completa inteligencia del objeto.
