ARTICULO 5o . Los funcionarios que a la fecha de entrada en vigencia del presente decreto se encuentren inscritos en la carrera administrativa especial de la Superintendencia Bancaria o en período de prueba dentro de la misma y sean incorporados a la planta de personal de que trata el artículo 2° del presente decreto, estarán sujetos a las disposiciones que sobre el proceso de incorporación tratan los Decretos 1042 de 1978, 590 de 1993 y, en particular, el Decreto 1034 de 1991.
