Subsidio familiar. Para efectos del reconocimiento del subsidio familiar de que trata el artículo 82 del Decreto 1212 de 1990, el Oficial o Suboficial formulará por escrito la solicitud a la Dirección General de la Policía Nacional, acompañada de las actas de registro civil en que conste su matrimonio o el nacimiento de cada una de sus hijos, respectivamente.
