Artículo tercero. Las entidades representadas en el Consejo Técnico Nacional de Agricultura, dentro de las modalidades de su organización, ajustarán sus disposiciones y actividades en forma que solo puedan llevarlas a cabo con sujeción al plan general adoptado conforme el artículo anterior.
