Para conmemorar dicho acontecimiento, la Nación destina la suma de doscientos cincuenta mil pesos

($ 250.000.00) para la construcción y dotación del edificio del Colegio "Francisco Montoya" de la ciudad de Aguadas.

Parágrafo

El valor de este auxilio se incluirá necesariamente en el Presupuesto para la vigencia de 1965.
