En caso de representación, el representante dirá la clase de representación que ejerce y presentará para su protocolización los documentos que la acrediten. Si se trata de funcionarios públicos que representen al Estado, los Departamentos, Intendencias, Comisarías o Municipios se indicará el cargo, y cuando sean necesarios se protocolizarán los documentos de autorización.
