Art. 1.° La nacion se reserva, por ahora, la propiedad de los terrenos i montes que en dominio posee en el distrito de Chita, Estado de Boyacá, i que lindan: "por el pié, todo el rio Casanare hasta dar a la quebrada Honda, toda esta arriba hasta la cima del terreno ; de aquí por cabecera toda la cima a dar a la quebrada de Recubeche ; toda esta abajo hasta dar al rio Casanare."
