Ajústese el Presupuesto de Rentas y Recursos de Capital en la suma de DOS BILLONES SESENTA Y UN MIL OCHOCIENTOS NOVENTA Y OCHO MILLONES DE PESOS MONEDA LEGAL. ($2.061.898.000.000.oo), provenientes de la reforma tributaria y la colocación de bonos para la paz de acuerdo con las Leyes 488 y 487 de 1998, respectivamente, para equilibrar el Presupuesto de Ingresos con el de Gastos, según el siguiente detalle: RENTAS DEL PRESUPUESTO GENERAL DE LA NACION I. INGRESOS DEL PRESUPUESTO NACIONAL 2.061.898.000.000
