Monto mínimo de comisiones. El monto mínimo de las comisiones causadas durante cada ejercicio anual por las agencias de seguros sujetas al control de la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia será la suma equivalente a cuarenta y dos mil cien coma ochenta y tres (42.100, 83) unidades de valor tributario (UVT) a la fecha del respectivo corte.
