Los contratos que en desarrollo de las autorizaciones de la presente ley deban celebrarse o modificarse entre el Gobierno Nacional y el Banco de la República, sólo requerirán para su validez las firmas del Presidente de la República, el Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público y el Gerente General del Banco de la República, y se publicarán en el Diario Oficial.
