ARTICULO 1 º El artículo 1º del Decreto 181 de 1988 quedará así: Artículo 1º Créase el Tribunal Superior de Orden Público con jurisdicción en todo el territorio nacional y con sede en la ciudad de Bogotá. Este tribunal estará compuesto por doce (12) Magistrados divididos en cuatro (4) salas de tres (3) Magistrados cada una.
