Cuando en los concursos no se inscriban candidatos o ninguno de los inscritos acredite los requisitos, deberá ampliarse el plazo de inscripciones por un término igual al inicialmente previsto y el correspondiente aviso deberá publicarse y divulgarse de acuerdo con lo establecido en el presente decreto para la convocatoria. Si agotado el procedimiento anterior no se inscribiere ningún aspirante, el concurso se declarará desierto por el Consejo Administrador del Sistema Específico de Carrera, caso en el cual se convocará un nuevo concurso.
