En vez del vale de pensiones por pagar que mensualmente ha venido formando la Habilitación, hará la lista de pensiones y auxilios pagados en cada mes, a contar desde el pago que haya verificado en el mes en curso, lista que irá totalmente aprobada con los recibos correspondientes. Una copia de esas listas servirá a las oficinas ordenadoras para afectar las cuentas del Presupuesto, como si se tratara de las relaciones de gastos que envían las administraciones de Hacienda.
