Mecanismo de extinción de obligaciones . El Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho y/o los promotores seleccionados, podrán promover ante las entidades territoriales, la DIAN y otros acreedores, mecanismos de extinción de obligaciones por concepto de impuestos prediales, valorización, inversiones, mejoras u otras obligaciones, que pesan sobre los bienes objeto de venta, previa verificación y soporte por parte del Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho.
