Con la partida votada en la Ley de Apropiaciones de 1930, Capitulo 50, articulo 574, se atenderá al pago de los maestros de las escuelas de El Encanto, La Victoria y Leticia , de la Comisaria del Amazonas; igualmente se atenderá al pago de las mismas escuelas con la partida votada en el capítulo 54, articulo 347, de la Ley de Apropiaciones de la vigencia en curso.
