Es obligacion de todo Capitan de buque, despues de haber rendido su viaje, pasar un informe especial al Inspector de la navegación fluvial en Barranquilla denunciando a . este empleado la mala conducta observada durante el viaje, del empleado o tripulante que no deba ser admitido como tal en ninguno de los buques qué viajan en el rio Magdalena.
