Expertos comisionados. Los Expertos Comisionados de dedicación exclusiva, en adelante Comisionados, tendrán la calidad de empleados públicos; serán nombrados por el Presidente de la República para períodos de cuatro (4) años y podrán ser reelegidos. Los Comisionados no estarán sujetos al régimen de carrera administrativa. El período de ejercicio del cargo se contará a partir de la fecha de posesión e cada uno de los Comisionados.
