º . Adiciónase un inciso al artículo 39 de Decreto 3550 de 28 de octubre de 2004 el cual quedará así: "Artículo 39. Participación de Inravisión en los Canales Regionales . La participación que tenía Inravisión en los Canales Regionales pasará a la Nación -Ministerio de Comunicaciones. Transfiéranse a la Sociedad Comercial Canal Regional de Televisión Teveandina Limitada, entidad descentralizada del orden nacional, las acciones que posee el Instituto Nacional de Radio y Televisión Inravisión en Liquidación en la sociedad Radio Televisión Nacional de Colombia RTVC".
