PERDIDA ANATOMICA O FUNCIONAL DE UN ORGANO O MIEMBRO. Si el daño consistiere en la pérdida de la función de un órgano o miembro, la pena será de ocho (8) a catorce (14) años de prisión y la multa de veinte (20) a ciento veinte (120) salarios mínimos mensuales.
