Funciones de las entidades y Oficinas Públicas de Cultura. Entre sus funciones, además de las que les determina su acto de creación, tendrán en relación con el sistema, las siguientes:

Ejecutar el plan de cultura, en coordinación con el Ministerio de Cultura.

Participar activamente en la formulación y seguimiento del Plan de Cultura en su jurisdicción.

Ejercer la Secretaría Técnica del Consejo de Cultura de su jurisdicción.

Articular, coordinar y ejecutar las políticas y programas de fortalecimiento institucional y promover procesos y espacios de concertación.
